Prior to joining Douglas Elliman, she garnered valuable insider insight and expertise working with her husband's family estate business.
Gapping the bridge between New York and Westchester affords Iris the ability to serve real estate clients in the suburbs looking to rent or buy in the city, and vice versa for those wishing to move out of NYC to have more room and outdoor space for their family. Her closed transactions are extensive and diverse. She has sold everything from a $10.6 million property in Tribeca to high-end co-op and condo apartments throughout Manhattan, from Downtown to the Upper East and West Sides. Iris has additionally sold multimillion-dollar dream homes to discerning clients in many Northern and Lower Westchester neighborhoods where she also specializes. Plus she handles luxury rentals in all locations.

Iris is a member of the National Association of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors, Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, Inc., and the Real Estate Board of New York. Originally from Queens, she earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees at Queens College. She holds 2 Masters, one in Counseling and the other in Special Education. Iris previously worked as a guidance counsel for special-ed children and in sales in the garment center.
A resident of NY for over 25 years, she raised her children in the Village and has called White Plains home with her family for the past decade. Iris is very active in her local community, is a member of USTA, and an avid tennis player.
