{InsertLiteral}Kathryn Bregman has been a licensed real estate salesperson and associate broker since 1982 in New York City. She has been at Douglas Elliman since 1989 beginning in the rental division moving to the sales division as referrals from satisfied sales customers increased. In 1992, her experience promoted her to an associate broker, then after 2005, a member of the broker advisory board and throughout all her years at Douglas Elliman, she has been a Real Estate Board of New York member.
Her area of expertise is both downtown in Greenwich Village, West Village and Tribeca ,as well as, the Upper East Side and Upper West Side of Manhattan in cooperative and condominium buildings. Kathryn makes the sales process a rewarding experience with her attentive ear to buyer's needs and the ability to help sellers set the necessary goals.
Her straight forward manner and negotiating ability enable her customers to comment "I searched for my apartment and actually enjoyed myself in the process." Another buyer said, "Her knowledge of schools, co-op buildings and financing requirements saved me time and energy. When she called asking us to look at this apartment, we knew right away it would be a strong possibility. We looked that afternoon, we offered and we bought."
Kathryn is married and has 2 grown children and is an avid golfer when time permits. She and her husband are involved in a variety of charities. Her husband, Bob, is both a financial advisor and a portfolio wealth manager at J.P Morgan.
