David specializes in co-op, condo and rentals alike in Manhattan and Brooklyn and enjoys it all especially the fine details of the process for his clients, handling everything from advising on board procedures to negotiating the best price and terms.

Strong multitasking capabilities and attention to detail allow David to get deals done in the most efficient and seamless manner.
David's interest in homes and architecture grew through the experience of his father, a commercial real estate broker in California. David attended college at Boston University, graduated with a degree in Journalism, and moved to New York City desiring to break into the fashion industry. After honing his sales skills in wholesale for a luxury fashion brand, he rekindled his love of real estate and joined a top-producing team in 2014 and hasn't stopped since. He continues to provide his clients with a superior level of service as an integral part of the Noble Black Team.
