He was recruited by Alexico Group to market 230 Riverside Drive, a prewar condominium conversion at West 95th Street. His team sold over 30 sponsor units and raised the profile of the building and the neighborhood. Today, the building is considered one of the premier condominiums on Riverside Drive and Cord continues to achieve record sales prices for current homeowners in the building. Cord has sold high-profile properties in Tribeca, SOHO, The West Village & Greenwich Village.
