David has sold and leased many types of property throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn, from classic prewar co-ops to true lofts, to townhouses, mixed use properties, and new condominium construction. David has worked with first-time buyers, experienced real estate investors, and out-of-area sellers, with consistently excellent results. He has also helped friends find special properties in the Hudson Valley north of New York City.
David's professional background has included positions in marketing, technology, and travel. He is originally from Illinois, and lived in Texas, Idaho and Montana before moving to New York City in 2000. David is an alumnus of Rice University.
When not working, he enjoys spending time with family, friends and pets, snowboarding, running, swimming, biking, yoga reading and kjeeping up with our changing times. He lives in West Chelsea, and has homes in the mid-Hudson Catskills and South Florida.
