Christopher is currently working on a world-renowned architect's first commission in NYC, Isay Weinfield's Jardim, as Sales Director. He is extremely good at analyzing the market for buyers and developers; plus he's been intimately involved in the pre-development stages of prominent properties, pricing, collaborating with top interior designers and architects to execute model programs, and negotiating on behalf of developers with high-net-worth clients, executives and industry-leading brokers.
