With record breaking sales in various markets from Brownstone Brooklyn to the Hollywood Hills, James is detail oriented in his approach to sales and client relationships. With a diverse client roster from high profile actors, artists, and directors to real estate investors and developers, James is a dynamic agent who will guide even the most complicated transaction to the closing table. A student of art and architecture and a fifth generation New Yorker, James's clients trust his keen eye for design and savvy market driven approach.
In order to better serve an increasingly Bi-Coastal client base James has expanded his business beyond Manhattan and Brooklyn to include all of Los Angeles where he works with the best in the industry at Elliman's Beverly Hills office. From lofts in Brooklyn, to co-ops on Lower Fifth and Midcentury Moderns in LA, no project is off limits.
James received his Master's in Fine Art from the Royal College of Art, London, his BFA from RISD and studied architecture at USC. He has shown art throughout the US and Europe and remains deeply involved in his creative practice.
