Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley and a proud New Yorker since 2021, Jessica also draws on her dual-coast/city expertise to provide a nuanced understanding of both Los Angeles and New York real estate, emphasizing the importance of adaptability and personalized service. Since moving to NYC, she has developed an intimate connection with downtown Manhattan and its surrounding neighborhoods having lived in the Lower East Side, East Village, and currently, Chelsea. Her knowledge of downtown as well as the West Side makes her highly attuned to the lifestyle and expectations of clients in these areas, with an emphasis on Chelsea, the West Village, Soho, and Upper West Side.

Jessica's passion for real estate was inspired by her family's involvement in commercial and residential property investment. After studying business at Santa Monica College, she began her career as an assistant to the editor and stylist at Flaunt Magazine in LA, then transitioned to the recording industry where she focused on singing, songwriting, and producing. Her experience expanded into event coordination handling performances, social media and marketing, and perfecting her keen organizational skills managing complex projects as an executive administrative assistant.
Outside of real estate, Jessica enjoys singing and songwriting, interior design, exploring new places through travel, and visiting flower shops on weekends.
