Bradley Rodenberg has a unique, diverse perspective on New York City real estate having worked as an onsite manager for a prominent developer, in the renovation of homes, and as a residential sales agent in resales and new construction. Since obtaining his real estate sales license in 2014 he has worked on over $500,000,000 in closed sales with successful sellouts of new construction projects at 670 Union St, 719 6th Ave, 269-271 14th St, 488 Sterling Pl, 309 Prospect Pl, 186 Clinton Ave, 394 Vanderbilt Ave, 708 Degraw St, 340 6th Ave, 608 5th St, 52 Garfield Pl, and 367-369 Atlantic Ave. He has also been involved in over 1400 rental deals throughout the portfolio of a large developer, including managing the leasing operations of 201 East 69th Street, 340 East 34th Street, and 45 Wall Street
Serving as a direct liaison between the developer/management and the client gave Bradley a deep understanding of how to patiently adapt to any situation that arises and seamlessly orchestrate deals from the contract signing to closing. He has a strong knowledge of the intricate marketing, property management, and transaction processes, and is highly diligent in helping his buyers, sellers, landlords, and renters achieve their goals.
Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Bradley came to NYC in 2004 to get in on the culture, convenience, and freedom the city has to offer. A graduate of Brooklyn College, he holds a degree in Public Health and Nutrition Sciences, which instilled a deep sense of empathy for his clients in the search for shelter.
A longtime NYC resident, Bradley lives in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn with his wife and three-year-old son. He offers seasoned insight into each neighborhood as well as the happenings around town as a result of his creative endeavors and vast network that spans various industries. When not working, he is a sports enthusiast who enjoys long walks around the city, creating art, live music, cooking, reading, and sewing. He is a member of NY Philharmonic Young New Yorkers, the Brooklyn Museum, and MOMA, and is continuously working to raise funds and awareness for God's Love We Deliver.
