Raised in Manhattan and Riverdale, Barbara is a native New Yorker who studied Journalism at Hunter College. After many years living in Lower Manhattan, she settled in Riverdale where she currently resides. Barbara is now a condo owner who also owned a single-family home and a co-op, so she understands the importance that knowledge, experience and value bring to bear.
Barbara is a member of the Real Estate Board of NY as well as the National, New York State and Westchester-Putnam Association of Realtors, Together with her partner, Fred Golden, they have pooled their skills, expertise, and nearly 30 years of experience to help their clients and customers alike. Prior to entering real estate, Barbara worked in television and radio production in New York City and in Europe; plus she demonstrated her design sense, skill and creativity as a ceramicist who still loves working in clay. Her other interests include visiting museums and galleries, listening to live music, and reading. Barbara leads an active lifestyle and is an avid world traveler when time allows.
