When she started in 2003, Melissa gravitated toward first-time homebuyers. Today, Melissa is available to work with clients at any step of the process. Prior to joining TTR Sotheby's International Realty, Melissa spent 6 years with Meredith Fine Properties using her knowledge to assist with multimillion-dollar transactions in the luxury home market before focusing on her personal sales, which were just under $10 million in 2020.
Melissa grew up in Anne Arundel County before making the transition to Eastern Shore living. She resides in Easton where she enjoys weekends at the beach in Ocean City joined by her husband of 25+ years and their son and daughter. When she's not working or enjoying a weekend getaway, Melissa spends time running, fishing, trying new eateries and decorating. She is also involved with her daughter's Girl Scouts troop.
