Robin has been licensed in real estate since 2014, but it’s been in her family far longer. She grew up in a brokerage that was started, owned, and run by her mother in Hampton, Virginia. She spent her summers as a teenager answering lead calls, watching the development of new construction and learning office operations. After majoring in Business Management and then graduating from Cecil College, she elected to get her real estate license as a natural extension of her affinity for entrepreneurship. She began her career with Long and Foster (previously Champion Realty) in Pasadena and was eventually recruited to Berkshire Hathaway as an agent and employee of the brokerage in late 2015. It was this affiliation that was the catalyst of Robin’s discovery: she is a strong leader.
Robin has a background in many roles in both the mortgage industry and real estate - selling, office management, and recruiting. Additionally, she has experience as a buyer agent, listing agent, tenant agent, property management, commercial leasing and success in selling new construction exclusively with major names such as Bozzuto. However, her passion remains with her residential clients, helping them build a stable and sustainable financial future through investment in homeownership.
Robin is a member of the Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS®, The Women’s Council of Realtors and the National Association of REALTORS®. She occupies a seat on the legislative committee with the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors. Robin has reciprocity with the Coastal Association of Realtors® and recently passed her examination to be licensed as an Associate Broker. She is also a notary public and is a member of the National Association of Notaries.
“Co-managing a team of Top Producers in the field has created a mentality of extreme
detail examination. I am so grateful for the experience this has given me; it challenged
me in ways I didn’t know myself capable of exceeding. Now, though, it’s time to set
about the business of quality versus quantity. I am less interested in units, and far more
committed to growth in all ways: in my client’s bottom line, in my advocacy in legislation,
in my community and in my partnership. I remain an accessible mentor, confidant, and
deep supporter of 212 and all of my agents there. They have been my greatest source of pride
in this career.”
The decision to form a Team with the #1 international luxury brand was her assumption of her family’s legacy. Her mother’s construction company was called Harmony Homes, Inc in. Newport News, VA. Robin is proud to carry on the work of her mother as a mentor, a leader, a realtor, and now an owner of Harmony Homes. Having been in real estate since 2014 and having occupied many positions over the years from Team Manager, Mentor, Co-Manager, Director of Operations, Director of Growth and Development, she is an asset to Monument Sotheby’s. Her unique experiences on both sides of this business give her unprecedented foresight into client finance, investment, and the housing market as a whole.
Robin resides in Pikesville with her partner Jonathan, their daughter Malana and their son Elias. In her spare time, she enjoys literature, travel, and spending quality time with family. She practices yoga and enjoys art. Robin is involved with several non-profits and can be seen alongside her daughter whenever possible volunteering.
