Merlene has lived in Princeton for four decades, and her experience as a business owner and community volunteer makes her knowledge of the local real estate market especially strong. Her relationships with both sellers and buyers are strengthened by her experience as a financial services professional.
She entered into real estate after eighteen years as a partner in Tucker Associates, a Princeton based executive consulting firm, after a series of management roles.
Merlene has been an active volunteer for the Historical Society of Princeton, serving on a variety of HSP committees, and chairing the annual House Tour. Previously, she served as a Trustee of McCarter Theatre and was a member of its executive committee. She is also a breast cancer survivor.
Listings and sales range from single residential homes to condominiums to historically important estates. Her clients include first-time buyers, as well as seasoned sellers who are relocating or downsizing, and estate executors. She has achieved the SRES certification (Senior Real Estate Specialist) specializing in addressing the unique needs of senior property owners. The ABR certification (Accredited Buyers Representative), allows assisting buyers through the home buying process. In addition, she has achieve, the SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist) to assist sellers.
