Leigh Schiff began her career working on the back end of transactions in the office of a residential real estate closing attorney, obtaining an invaluable real estate education on the other side of the closing table. Relied on for her sensitivity and discretion, problem-solving skills and attention to detail, Leigh was recruited to open and manage the offices of several different attorneys. After seeing how the last part of a deal is often the most delicate due to the emotional nature of money, her relationship-based philosophy of real estate crystallized into a determination to make a difference as an agent.
Obtaining her license in 1999, Leigh quickly rose to the top of the profession as one of the charter members of her previous brokerage, where she was also involved in launching the company’s luxury division. For Leigh, luxury naturally defines every aspect of her business, no matter if her client is selling a Midtown condo or a multimillion-dollar estate, because she strives to embody integrity and commitment to a high level of personalized attention.
In every sense, real estate is about family for her and her husband, Michael. After meeting at a retreat for top-producing agents, Leigh and Michael quickly realized that they complemented each other perfectly and formed the Schiff Real Estate Team in 2006, a partnership that consistently ranks as a top team in Atlanta. Both strategic, strong negotiators, their belief in doing the right thing for the client and their commitment to a family-oriented business model result in a naturally high level of trust and rapport. Their diverse backgrounds allow for a specialized, innovative approach. Leigh focuses on the listing side of the business and combines a staggering level of skill (20+ years) with a deep well of compassion and an appreciation of the in-depth role she plays in her clients’ lives. Leigh measures her success by the families she serves and the lives she impacts for the better. Operating by the belief that it is impossible to care too much, she wants clients to experience her skill and care and let the results speak for themselves. Along with her husband, Leigh is involved in a number of organizations that give back to her community, including Most Valuable Kids of Greater Atlanta, the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Save A Child’s Heart and Habitat for Humanity.
An avid hunter/jumper equestrian, Leigh enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and supporting her two daughters in their numerous sports activities.
