Tucked in the western corner of Texas at the base of the Franklin Mountains and along the border of Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, is El Paso. On the other side of Highway 54 is Park Foothills, a quiet and tight-knit community with easy access to boutiques, restaurants, and entertainment. Cielo Vista, accessible via I-10, contains great schools and a variety of homes.
