Located in the older area of Las Vegas, the Huntridge District is an historic neighborhood just south of Downtown. It’s a short 10-minute drive to reach the Strip and is a community which is known for its famous landmarks such as the Huntridge Theater. The theater was built during World War II and is just as famous as Huntridge Circle Park.
Huntridge is a true vintage neighborhood of Las Vegas with over 17,000 residents sprinkled throughout 2.5 miles of neighborhood. What was once a neighborhood considered to be in the lap of luxury, Huntridge is now more sedate with commercial properties and a variety of current projects of rejuvenation. New community parks and the renovation of Huntridge Shopping Center are two such projects.
Boasting a true mixed bag of housing style, Huntridge has everything from bungalows to ranch styles homes and even Spanish-style homes. If you’d like an apartment, condominium, or townhouse instead, Huntridge has those too. The community is full of activity and you will always see people out and about enjoying all that Huntridge has to offer.
