Nestled along the southern shore of Lake Erie in northeastern Ohio is the city of Cleveland, stretching across 82.4 square miles. It was founded in 1796, and its median age today is 36.3 (2022). Healthcare, biomedical, manufacturing, financial services, and higher education are the primary drivers of its economy.

Ohio City, a portion of which straddles I-90, is one of Cleveland’s oldest neighborhoods. It’s a quieter area filled with single-family homes, duplexes, and large apartment complexes, as well as historic and trendy spots to explore. Further east, Buckeye Shaker is home to a diverse population that lives in diverse types of housing.
