Holmes Drive, and Simpson Road. Established in the 1950s, Center Hill is dotted with mid-century ranch and small tidy bungalow style homes ranging in price from $55,000 to $535,000. The neighborhood is supported by many life-long residents who have established the Center Hill Neighborhood Association that keeps watch on ongoing developments and even sells t-shirts portraying the local community logo.
Hometown restaurants are easy to find. Try Sum'thing Simple Café, a popular community eatery serving delicious chicken and waffles and shrimp and grits.
On a hot sunny day in Atlanta, there’s nothing more refreshing than the splashpad at Center Hill Park’s playground. Kids yell in delight with water jets rising from the ground or benches or as they run through the liquid tunnel of water. Nearby the playground beckons young ones to its monkey bars, slides, metal zip line, and swings.
Residents also enjoy the Center Hill Park’s walking trails. Backed by the Friends of Center Hill Park, the greenspace will be getting upgraded trails and a pedestrian bridge over a creek providing connection throughout the park.
