Hi, I’m Jonathan!
As an agent and an expert in market research and analysis, I help brokerages, fellow agents and homeowners identify opportunities, develop business strategies, gain insight into Atlanta’s submarkets and make informed decisions that result in financial wins.
I’ve always had a passion for entrepreneurship. After graduating from LaGrange College, I ran my own personal training business for nearly seven years before making a full-time transition into real estate. Aside from fundamental skills in building relationships and managing time efficiently, I gained valuable experience in helping clients achieve their goals—a skill that has served me well on both sides of my business.
As a consultant, I specialize in building frameworks and streamlining systems to reach a goal, and my past wins for clients include tripling new development business within a year. Data doesn’t lie, but it does need to be interpreted correctly, and that’s where my expertise makes a real difference. I truly care about getting you from where you are today to where you want to be, whether that means taking your business to the next level, finding the right investment property or figuring out your best buying and selling options.
As an agent, I enjoy helping clients connect with the city I love and navigate the buying and selling process. Clients appreciate my attention to detail, my emphasis on open communication and the undivided attention I am able to provide because I intentionally keep my client roster to a select number. Whether it’s managing the logistics of a new construction home to decrease the impact on your life, marketing a home effectively through a pandemic or helping you find a place you love, I put you and your home front and center. I specialize in the markets of Virginia-Highland, Morningside, Ansley, West Midtown and Midtown. An Atlanta resident for over a decade, my wife and I currently live in Loring Heights, and when I’m not working with clients, I enjoy working out and exploring the city’s restaurant scene.
