Ali Jankowski is a real estate professional who understands how significant a home sale or purchase is for every person, and it’s that concern for her clients that has shaped her approach to her real estate career. Ali’s strong sense of purpose and concierge-level service have helped her become one of the most productive real estate professionals in Bucks and Montgomery counties.
“When my husband and I bought our house, it surprised me how ‘casually’ the process was treated, and that experience, along with management training from my earlier career, strongly influences how I communicate and treat every buyer and seller I work with,” says Ali.
A licensed realtor in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Ali graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management. From school, Ali was actively recruited by Marriott Hotels and Resorts for its rigorous management-training program. After living in New York City for two years (and being involved in the buying and selling of two family condominiums), she moved back to Pennsylvania to help run Jericho National Golf Club in New Hope, Pa., which was founded by her grandparents, Nick & Athena Karabots, and remains in the Karabots family.
Ali spent almost three years at Jericho prior to moving on to Karamoor Estate Wines in 2012. At that time, Fort Washington, Pa.-based Karamoor was a relatively unknown winery. Under Ali's direction, and through her interpersonal skills, creative marketing and unwavering persistence, Karamoor became an award-winning wine that set the standard for estate-grown, Pennsylvania vintages. It continues to be a leading wine grower in Pennsylvania.

“I enjoy looking at the ‘big picture’ with clients and serving as an advisor to them to help them make real estate decisions that make sense for their short- and long-term goals,” says Ali. “Whether it’s evaluating an investment property’s potential, or what improvements to make to a home before listing it, or even questions from my clients about improvements they want to make to their homes after purchasing them, I enjoy doing the homework, bringing the data and even sending service and contractor information. Helping clients is about so much more than the actual sale itself.”
Ali makes the most of her affiliation with Sotheby’s International Realty, relying on relationships with agents all over the world to stay up to date on global markets. More directly, Ali is part of Sotheby’s International Realty’s “Exceptional Agent Network” or EAN. This collegial group of agents representing all major metropolitan and destination markets in North America share best practices and local-market insights with each other. These business relationships enable Ali to expand the exposure she generates for her listings.
Ali lives in Doylestown, Pa., with her husband, Matt, a top Philadelphia-area advisor for Merrill Lynch. She and her husband have three dogs: Murph, Gertrude & Magda. In her free time, she likes weightlifting, golfing, traveling, having fun with her friends, and daily phone calls with her big, crazy, Greek family.
