Wanting to further expand his knowledge, he returned to school at night earning himself a Bachelor of Science at NYU, majoring in real estate. After graduating from NYU Andrew shifted focus to working with one of NYC¦s major real estate developers. While working at the development firm he acted as sales director and manager of two of their high rise properties. Some of his tasks were to help design renovations that made apartments more marketable, negotiation of sales & rental contracts, and management of day to day operations.
