In southern Montana reigns the “Queen City of the Rockies,” otherwise known as Bozeman. The Rocky Mountain city was founded in 1864 and now covers 20.9 square miles. Its median age is 27.8 (2022). Tourism, technology, and education are the main sectors fuelling its economy.

There are a wide array of home types, sizes, and styles available in Bozeman, each with unique architecture and contemporary design. New developments in Bozeman include duplexes, luxury apartments, two-storey single-family homes, and three-storey townhomes. The typical home value is $708,939, up 22% over the past year (Zillow, 2022). Residents can enjoy annual art festivals, the state fair, a car show, and farmers’ markets.

Traveling to, from and through Bozeman is easy. The city straddles the east-west I-90, and it also has access to U.S. Highway 191, and Montana Highways 84 and 86. Just north of Highway 191 in the west end is the neighborhood of Valley West. This area offers small homes, larger custom homes, and condo living. In northwest Bozeman, Flander’s Mill features multi-family and single family dwellings, while Westfield on the south side includes larger homes on generous lots.

Bozeman is both rustic and sophisticated. It offers world-class fly-fishing, and stunning mountains for hiking, biking, climbing, skiing, and backcountry exploration. Yellowstone National Park and magnificent wildlife are also nearby to enjoy.
