As a non-native Austinite with 13 years of Real Estate experience, Julie Ann has a personal understanding & appreciation for people relocating from all over the globe to the city she has called home for 10 years. “I came to Austin to visit a friend for a week. Despite not even looking, I knew I’d found my forever home.” Similarly, Real Estate has felt like “home” to Julie Ann since she can remember; her mother built custom homes at the Jersey shore, while her father worked on & invested in commercial projects up and down the East Coast.
Prior to planting her roots in Austin, Julie Ann worked for Kurfiss Sotheby’s in her home town of Philadelphia, following her first job in Real Estate as an On-Site Sales Associate for 10 Rittenhouse Square, a luxury high rise on Philadelphia’s famed Rittenhouse Square Park. In her first year as a licensed agent, Julie Ann and her partner sold over $25 million. Before entering Real Estate, Julie Ann lived in Manhattan where she worked in Public Relations. Representing iconic NYC institutions including Tavern on the Green and The Waldorf-Astoria provided valuable insight & experience in how to manage the expectations & demands of top-tier luxury clients, skills she now regularly utilizes in Real Estate.
Never taking all Austin has to offer for granted, Julie Ann spends as much time as she can outdoors ideally either close to the water, seeing live music or trying a new restaurant, often with her English Bulldog James in tow.
