Doug Grattan serves as President and Director of Sales for Atlantic Brokerage. He is one of the founding members of the Company, having started his own independent office in Chatham in 2008 after years with other national firms. His exceptional sales skills and attention to detail have consistently earned him top rankings in the region's real estate market with over $500 million in volume. His management background and unsurpassed sales skills provide strong leadership for the Company. That coupled with his energy and drive give Atlantic Brokerage an edge in the Cape and Nantucket residential and commercial real estate market.
A licensed Massachusetts Realtor since 1986, Doug has a proven track record of providing clients with great customer service. That coupled with a high priority on attention to detail enables Doug's clients to conduct their real estate transaction with ease and confidence.
He holds a Massachusetts Real Estate Broker's License and is also licensed in the State of Florida. He is heavily involved in the community, having served as president of the Chatham Angler's Baseball Organization, the Rotary Club of Chatham, and is currently on the Historic Business District Commission of Chatham. He resides in Chatham with his wife Tracy.
