Biscayne Point

Located in the north-eastern part of Miami Beach, Biscayne Point is an almost exclusively residential neigborhood. The majority of people who live in this district own single-family homes, and the diversity of styles and architectural designs in this area is truly stunning. Not to mention the vibrant historical background that is represented in Biscayne Point: you will be able to spot grand, 1930s buildings next door to sleek and contemporary ones. And did you know that Biscayne Point is the area with the highest percentage of waterfront properties in the whole of the North Beach district? And while Biscayne Point is probably not the liveliest Miami Beach neighborhood in terms of things to do or see, or the most luxurious or exclusive one, it’s certainly one of the most serene, peaceful, and pleasant areas that you can visit or live in.

If you consider moving to Miami, then a walk or drive down Biscayne Point’s Daytonia Street will definitely impress you. The gorgeous, landscaped properties along this road have curb appeal to spare, and even more impressive interiors.
