She grew up studying architectural drawings and floor plans, as her parents built and sold nine different homes and looking at real estate was always a lets go see it! adventure on any family vacation. This unique experience allowed Wendy to develop a strong appreciation for the intricate aspects of design, as well as, a deep understanding behind the logistics of buying and selling real estate. Since joining, Wendy has received many recognitions, including being named BHS East Side Office Broker of the Month for February, September and December in 2017. Previously, Wendy was a top producer at Corcoran. There she was a Gold Council member, an elite status reserved for the Firm's top 40 agents, and had the second highest sales volume in her Upper East Side Carnegie Hill office. She consistently receives Sales Broker of the Month awards; and, year after year, is ranked in the top 1% for sales volume among sales professionals throughout the United States. Born in New Jersey, Wendy grew up in Pennsylvania and Minnesota before heading south to pursue undergraduate studies in Texas. After completing her business degree, she worked for General Mills managing sales teams in the south, while earning her MBA at North Carolina. Wendy then entered the financial world in corporate lending and treasury management for Bank of America and Wells Fargo, leading teams for 8 years through multiple mergers and acquisitions. She leverages her tremendous sales and financial experience in her real estate career to the benefit of her clients and assures them results that will far exceed expectations. Wendy's passion and talent for design and architecture is coupled with an acute understanding of business and analytics making her a truly one of a kind agent. In her free time she has enjoyed renovating her beach house in North Carolina and studying the history behind Manhattan real estate and embracing what is yet to come.
