Scott Morrow joins Halstead after a well-rounded real estate career. He is originally from Oklahoma but has called New York City his home since 2001. He began as a top producer at Douglas Elliman where he worked in both resales and new development sales and helped facilitate the launch of several high profile developments in Northern Manhattan. In 2007 he was hired by Clipper Equity as Sales Director, Property Manager and Marketing Advisor for Fort-Tryon Gardens, a 300 unit complex consisting of 5 buildings in Hudson Heights. In this position his sales not only set record prices for the neighborhood but was arguably the beginning of its renaissance. In 2011 he and partner Jesse Temple co-founded boutique firm, Temple Morrow where they managed a small group of experienced agents with a focus on brownstone Brooklyn including a townhouse division that was dominant in the tree-lined neighborhoods of South Slope and Greenwood. Jesse and Scott have closed and overseen hundreds of sales and rentals together. Now a part of Halstead, they bring their A-game to New York Citys largest and most powerful real estate company to provide clients the most comprehensive real estate experience. Scott Morrow and Jesse Temple reside and own a Park Slope Townhouse and are very active members of their community
