Vanessa Connelly moved to New York in 1996 to attend New York University's Tisch School, where she studied acting. In her early days in New York she discovered a passion for architecture and design which has only grown through the years. Since beginning her real estate career in 2006, Vanessa has had the opportunity to work closely with buyers, sellers, renters, and landlords on transactions ranging from the thousands to the multi-millions. Vanessa understands that whether you are in the process of renting your first home or selling for the twentieth time, the expertise and service you receive is of the utmost importance. Having lived in many different neighborhoods, including Williamsburg, Red Hook, Park Slope and Prospect Heights, she has a comprehensive understanding of the Brooklyn marketplace and is a valuable asset for those looking to buy or sell in the borough. For those looking to purchase in a new development project, Vanessa can provide a deep understanding of the process. She has worked as a team member and Sales Manager for many exciting projects throughout Brooklyn and in Hells Kitchen, including: Northside Piers, The 505, Toren, Richard Meier On Prospect Park, The Dillon, and Park Union. She is currently the Sales Manager at the new Downtown Brooklyn tower 388 Bridge. When not at work, she spends time at home in South Slope, Brooklyn with her husband, two young sons and their two dogs. Vanessa is honored to serve as a board member for Extreme Kids, a community center for children with special needs located in Red Hook, Brooklyn. She enjoys cooking, film and gardening.
