My background is finance and I have a BA in Economics(Wesleyan 66) and an MBA in Investments(NYU Stern 68). Ive worked on Wall Street managing people and money and have had a very successful career as an independent pension consultant and financial planner. Ive lived in Brooklyn for almost 50 years, and during that time have been involved in various aspects of real estate investment and management for myself - and many others. Every deal Ive done has involved leverage and tax strategies, including 1031 like kind exchanges. I have been responsible for some of the marquee luxury transactions over the past several years, and was honored for the highest condo resale in 2015. My son Jeff has joined in partnership with me and we are excited about our extended reach.
