Tim began his career in real estate in 2006 specializing in property development, investment and brokerage in New York City's leading residential real estate company. He has since served clients from all over the city, country and world, representing elite individuals and investors as well as high-end properties throughout Manhattan. Some of the new developments where Tim represented developers include 53W53, 76 Eleventh Ave, and Central Park Tower Condominium.
Tim earned his degree in Finance from prestigious Boston University. He then spent several years on Wall Street in the financial sector, gaining invaluable market insight and client service expertise. Extremely focused and hard working, Tim has a keen mind for business and eye for value when it comes to serving his real estate clients. His goal is to listen to their unique needs, then to scour the market carefully in order to select the best-suited opportunity in terms of a neighborhood, building and apartment.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, Tim is adept at relating to people of all cultural backgrounds, income levels and professions, and at fulfilling their real estate needs whether they seek individual or large blocks of units. He himself owns investment properties in Tribeca.
