Richard has been involved in all aspects of the real estate business for the past 30 years, not only as an attorney, but as a buyer, seller, investor, dealmaker and advisor. In addition, he has handled some of New York’s largest and most complex real estate transactions with finesse and expertise.
Always taking a client-centered approach in his work, Richard stands out to his clients in the NYC and Hamptons luxury market as he has lived in these areas for many years, owned and invested in luxury property there, represented A-list celebrities and leaders in the business world in their dealings. He has owned personal homes and investment property in NYC and the Hamptons, apartment and commercial buildings, and recently purchased a historic palace in Marrakech, Morocco that he’s converting into a luxury hotel. His experience in real estate sales is complemented by vast knowledge as a practicing attorney in NYC, which instills a sense of trust in his clients as he does his due diligence on the quality of a property for sale.

A native New Yorker, Richard holds a J.D. from Rutgers Law School and is a member of the Bar in New York and New Jersey. He is also a member of the Core Club, and active in the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, American Cancer Society and United Jewish Appeal.
