Stacy Spielman, has been a part of the vibrant Manhattan real estate market since 1996. She joined Douglas Elliman's s new development division in 2006, excited by the process and inherent opportunities in bringing new buildings to market. Stacy has since sold and closed over $ 900M and is member of the Douglas Elliman Diamond club. She has honed her skills selling in many different neighborhoods of NYC throughout many different real estate cycles. Stacy is currently the Sales Director for Renzo Piano's first residential project in NYC with a total sell out of $655M.
Working exclusively as a Director of Sales primarily specializing in luxury properties, Stacy has played an integral role in seeing a project from its pre-development stage and the strategic planning of sales to the completion of the project. It never gets old seeing a building from its inception to a full functioning residential building with satisfied owners. She is responsible for the development of her sales team and fosters a deeply collaborative relationship with marketing and operations and ownership while still consistently leading sales. Notable developers with whom she has worked include Bizzi & Partners, Broad Street development, The Stahl Organization, Artimus and The Chetrit Group & Clipper Equity.
A graduate of the Kew Forest School and Skidmore College, Stacy loves New York for its dynamic art and culture. She has lived in many neighborhoods throughout Manhattan and raised her son on the Upper East Side. She currently enjoys life in Chelsea where she lives with her husband.
