Lilia Berzon has called New York City her home for over 25 years and as a homeowner herself, she knows firsthand the intricacies and challenges that go into a real estate transaction. She has built a successful real estate career by applying unique and creative problem-solving skills to overcome any obstacle. In assisting buyers and sellers in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens, Lilia has a reputation for bringing some of the most challenging deals to the closing table. She has established herself as an expert in condos, co-ops and investment properties, and called on by such publications as the Observer, Brick Underground and The New York Times for her real estate input.
Lilia services every type of client and is a Certified Relocation Expert and on the preferred list at the UN. She assists those relocating to New York with their company as well as the military. Her certification means she has a specific skill set that makes her adept at taking on the numerous stresses that come with relocating so that her clients don’t have to. She brings integrity and dedication to every deal and fully devotes herself to the individual needs of her clients.
Lilia graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology with degrees in Fashion Design and Fashion Merchandising Management. Thereafter, she designed clothing for many renown brands as well as her own fashion label. As a design consultant, she excelled in relationship-building, and now eagerly applies her passion for helping others as a sales agent at Bond New York.
Lilia loves to travel and explore new places. She enjoys the arts, outdoor activities and spending time with her family and friends. Being a firm believer in community building, she lends her hand to volunteer opportunities in and around New York City such as Hope for New York. Her involvements include mentoring high school students at iMentor, bringing awareness to child sex trafficking through her efforts with Stop Child Trafficking Now, visiting orphanages in Romania with Remember the Children ministry, feeding holocaust survivors in Israel, among a few others.
