Lucas has been entrenched in real estate, architecture, marketing and design. His interest was inspired by his father, an architect, for whom he spent years drawing floorplans, and his mother as well who also got him involved with buying and fixing up properties. He additionally spent seven years in real estate marketing, first as part of the team of a real estate photographer, and more recently running his own business as a vendor for Elliman and other firms, drafting floorplans and providing Matterport virtual tours. It was natural for him to become a licensed agent and join The Kramer Team, thanks to his insider perspective and collaboration with many of the agents he served.??Visiting hundreds of apartments throughout the city gives Lucas a reference point for almost every type of property, upon which he draws to help clients find the home that suits their needs. He has worked in every borough drafting studios to townhouses, lofts, penthouses, and everything in between. He previously worked with a VW dealership as a used vehicle buyer for the largest group in Ohio, and in database management. Lucas moved NYC 2015 and has since lived in Chinatown, Astoria, Murray Hill and the Upper East Side. His interests include traveling and riding his motorcycle in free time.
