Keith Davis is a determined and reliable real estate salesperson who specializes in the Manhattan and Brooklyn markets. In 2023, they ranked #7 in GCI for small teams company-wide, achieving over $100,000,000 in successfully closed transactions.
When Keith started his real estate career, he instantly found success by assisting his clients with securing rentals throughout the city. These relationships became the foundation of his business and continue to be his main referral source. He is also well versed in Condo and Coop sales and rentals, as well as new development. He has worked on multiple rental portfolios from inception to their full rent up, gaining the trust and respect from the landlords that he represents, and building new relationships with his current business along the way.
Keith's entrepreneurial spirit began at a very young age by working at his family's eatery/catering establishment on the East End of Long Island. By managing their three locations and their successful catering business, he was able to build a large network of people that live in the city and travel to the Hamptons in the summertime, which is his reason for beginning his real estate career.
Keith attended the University at Albany SUNY and is a graduate of the Massry School of Business, obtaining a B.S. in Finance and Business Management. He currently resides in Murray Hill, Manhattan, and enjoys attending networking events, trying the best new restaurants in the city, quiet evenings in Madison Square Park, and giving back to his local communities.
