Kit has been in real estate since 2010, both in new condo sales at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Inner Harbor and then in the resale market throughout the greater Baltimore region. He has an excellent understanding of condos, historic row homes, and single-family properties.
Having grown up in the housing industry, Kit is passionate about passing on his knowledge to his clients so that they can feel confident in every decision. Kit is a skilled negotiator and his personal experience in rehabbing homes makes him extremely knowledgeable in understanding the potential construction issues to look for in every home. Kit grew up in Montgomery County and is a graduate of Salisbury University. He has lived in the Baltimore area since 2000 and currently lives in Federal Hill with his wife Kim.
