I primarily work with investors and out of state/relocating home buyers, but have, and will do pretty much anything involving real estate! Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I was in the military and oil business. Following a career-ending injury, I started investing in real estate. Having experience in hard money lending, flipping, and rentals, becoming a Realtor was the next logical step.
