Steve joined ONE Sotheby’s International Realty with a sound educational background and extensive marketing experience. After graduating from Christopher Columbus High School in Miami he went on to attend the University of Florida and Florida International University, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree while attaining a specialization in marketing.
During this time period, he polished his creativity and gained the knowledge to design individualized marketing programs, as well as targeted research & analysis that now helps him meet the needs of each of his real estate sellers and buyers. His strategies involve using a combination of the latest marketing tools and the most up to date technologies available in the industry.
After earning his degree, Steve went on to work in the world of professional sports. Inside this fast paced and competitive industry he sold premium inventory to corporate clients. While collaborating with the parties involved in each transaction, he stayed focused on negotiating and closing corporate and luxury suite contracts which maximized brand awareness, exposure and involvement within their respective communities.
Being an entrepreneur by nature, Steve founded and ran a successful branding and promotional merchandise business where his success was measured in the achievement of his clients’ objectives, satisfaction and trust. Here he expanded his knowledge of how to better serve his clients by getting to know their particular needs and wants. He asked questions. He listened to answers. He gained a deep understanding of his client’s goals and objectives, which helped provide specialized solutions and the most comprehensive level of service.

Throughout the years Steve has volunteered in local organizations through programs offered by Hands On Miami, as well as actively involved with Susan G. Komen Race For The Cure. He also offers support to the Children’s Cancer Fund, a Miami affiliate of the Jackson Memorial Foundation through their annual CCF Tennis Tournament.
A Miami native and Coral Gables resident, Steve’s in-depth understanding of the local market is an asset to all of his clients.
