Born and raised in Casablanca, Morocco, with extensive overseas travel, Ethan's diverse international background and fluency in French, English, Hebrew, and Arabic inspired him to develop his wide range of skills and experiences uniquely suited to the New York Real Estate Market.
Prior to real estate, Mr. Assouline held various positions at world class financial institutions such as HSBC, Morgan Stanley and UBS, as well as Gottex Fund Management, a publicly-traded fund-of-fund with over $7 billion in assets under management. He leverages his professional experience in wealth management, investment advisory, and lending to connect clients with real estate opportunities that fits their needs and risk/reward profile.
