Sumita joined the Douglas Elliman team in 2016 and has successfully worked with buyers, sellers, investors, and relocations, helping them attain seamless transactions. Having completed training at the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and working alongside top producers in the Industry, providing valuable support in new business development, she has honed her skills in the art of marketing and sales of luxury homes.
With the understanding that real estate is more than just the buying and selling of property, Sumita is known to provide exemplary client service with integrity and passion, that has helped her develop life long relationships with her clients.
A belief in giving back to the community and a sense of altruism has driven Sumita to be a part of Elliman Shares, the philanthropic branch of Douglas Elliman, where she brings her energy and enthusiasm to create awareness and develop fundraising events for the benefit of the Boys & Girls Club and other worthwhile causes.
Originally from India, Sumita speaks English, Hindi, and French, and at various times lived in Mumbai, Hong Kong, Jakarta and Paris, before making South Florida home in 1996. Her experiences living, working and traveling widely to some of the most exciting cities in the world, have helped her create a multicultural lifestyle and acquire an appreciation for fine homes and interiors, that she brings to her work in real estate.
