Sergio Cesario is the founder of The Cesario Group. A native of Brazil and an international broadcast journalist, Cesario joined the Douglas Elliman team in 2014 with a focus on representing international clients and investors looking to expand the lucrative global real estate business. The Cesario Group is certified as an LGBT Business Enterprise (LGBTBE®) through the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce ( NGLCC ) Supplier Diversity Initiative.
Cesario is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (“CLHMS”) and has earned the designation by performing in the TOP 10% of Miami real estate market and has also earned membership into the Million Dollar GUILD™, which rewards certified success in the million-dollar and above market. Cesario has also received the 2023 Leading Edge Ellies Award.
Born and raised in Sao Paulo, Sergio earned his Masters degree in Broadcasting Journalism from New York University. He holds a solid record of success as an international journalist for a number of high profile media outlets in Toronto, Montreal, Connecticut and New York City.
Sergio discovered his love of real estate through his own experiences buying, selling and renovating his own homes in different cities. Later, working with his friends to find their homes in New York, Sao Paulo and Miami, he realized a desire to embrace the opportunities available in the fast-paced Miami and Lisbon luxury Real Estate markets.
