Since the beginning of his career, Dean Bloch has built and maintained a stellar reputation among the elite luxury real estate clientele in South Florida and across the globe. Originally from New York City, Dean grew up in Israel before moving to Miami and eventually earning his Bachelors degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Miami. Beginning his real estate career with Trump Dezer Development, Dean earned his real estate license at the same time. He set the pace for his outstanding production in real estate at the onset of his career when he secured 15 listings in one month, despite an uncertain housing climate, and never looked back.
Since that time, Dean's intricate and aggressive business plans have set records across South Florida. With more than $100 million in closings, including 15 penthouses in Brickell and the Design District, it is easy to see how and he has earned Top Producer honors each year from 2010-2013. In 2011 alone, he closed 65 transactions earning the distinction of being named Douglas Elliman South Florida's number one transaction broker.
Focused on the high end residential sales and rentals of Miami Beach, Brickell, Downtown and Bal Harbour, there is no property out of reach for Dean. With negotiation skills that are second to none, he is an expert at the negotiating table and navigates even the most challenging situations with grace and ease. Dean's true success, however, lies in his dedication to his clients. Backed by his support staff, the Bloch Team, Dean is his clients' greatest advocate, always available for consultation or simply sharing his expertise and advice when the need arises.
In addition to his International outreach, Dean maintains ties to his native New York City through successful business partnerships with clients and colleagues and his impressive clientele includes worldwide investors, hedge fund managers and the upper echelon buyers and sellers. When Dean is not focused on building his growing client network, in his free time he enjoys traveling, exploring, ski trips to the mountains and tennis. Dean is a Founder at the Mount Sinai Hospital, is a Board member for the Jewish Federation and has been recognized as a Young Founder for his donations to the University of Miami.
