In his current role as Senior Sales Executive at The EDITION Residences Edgewater, the world's first private EDITION residences, Darin will lead the sales team in 185 bespoke luxury homes 55 stories high, with a total sellout of over $785M. Darin is well-equipped to take on this exciting new opportunity with his previous experience with the Marriott brand as the Sales Director at The Miami Beach EDITION. He successfully managed the sale of 26 unique residences situated on the top floor of the prestigious five-star Marriott hotel, achieving a total sellout of $100M. The career defining moment then came when Darin went on to head the sales team for over four years at The Ritz-Carlton Residences Miami Beach, where he oversaw the sale of over $465M condominium residences, followed by the $95M Villa Collection, which sold out within months. As a proud owner, Darin remains actively involved at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach and serves as a both the in-house expert as well as a passionate spokesperson.
